Any unopened product may be returned to the store where the initial purchase was made for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. 1
Any opened or defective product (DVD, Blu-ray, video game or video game accessory) may only be exchanged for an identical product at the store where the initial purchase was made within 30 days of the date of purchase. 1
All sales of food products, stuffed toys, figurines, toys, PC games, collection cards and prepaid cards are considered final and may not be returned or exchanged at any store.
Disk resurfacing does not guarantee product functionality and is done at the customer's risk. However, if the disk still does not work properly, you will be reimbursed for the repair.
Previously watched movies have a lifetime guarantee 2 and may be exchanged for an identical product after unsuccessful disk resurfacing. If an identical product cannot be provided, it will be replaced by a product of the same initial value chosen by the customer. 1
All books returned intact may be exchanged or refunded at the store where the initial purchase was made within 30 days of the date of purchase. 1
Movie rentals: We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your rentals. To give you full satisfaction, we will exchange any movie rental for another movie of your choice if you are not satisfied with your first choice. The duration of the rental will depend on the time remaining on your initial rental. The replacement movie must be of equal or lesser value. 3
